Q: What is your shipping time if I placed an order?
A: For all products in stock, our shipping time is within 5 working days after payment received. For these that we don't stock for the moment such as customized battery packs, the shipping time is around 15 days
Q: What is your warranty?1).5 years (from the date of successful delivery),if the single battery capacity is less than 80% initial capacity, please take the testing pictures or videos and send to us, we will send to our engineer to check it, after confirmation, we will replace it or provide satisfied solutions.2).If there is any miss or damaged for the shipping.Please contact us firstly, then send us the picture or video to check.
